DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

  1. A deposit, along with a signed contract and alcohol agreement is required for the security of the event date.
  2. If the signed contract, alcohol agreement and deposit are not received by the deposit schedule due date listed in the contract, the date will be automatically released.
  3. Full payment must be received 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  4. Payments can be made by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express ) or by cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to Pitway Holdings Limited.

CANCELLATION:

  1. If the convenor chooses to cancel the event, and a suitable alternate date cannot be found, then the deposit is non-refundable.
  2. If Cardinal Golf Club chooses to cancel the event, rain checks or a full refund will be issued.
  3. If the weather is inclement, Cardinal Golf Club has the final decision as to whether or not the course(s) are playable.
  4. If preparation of the meal has started when inclement weather strikes, the group is expected to stay for dinner. Rainchecks will be issued or an alternate date for the golf portion of the event will be arranged as agreed by the event convenor and a representative from our Sales Office.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

  1. As the convenor of the tournament, I agree to read and follow the information included in the Responsibilities of the Tournament Convenor form.
  2. As the convenor of the tournament, I agree to confirm the number of participants in the tournament as per the guidelines outlined in my Tournament Organizers Checklist.
  3. All meal numbers must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event.
  4. All golf numbers must be confirmed 15 days prior to the event.
  5. All player names must be submitted 48 hours prior to the event.
  6. Player minimums for invoicing unless changes are made 15 days prior to the event are:
  • 32 players for Single Tee
  • 64 players for Modified Shotgun
  • 128 players for 18 Hole Shotgun
  • 192 players for 27 Hole Shotgun
  • 256 players for 36 Hole Shotgun
  • 320 players for 45 Hole Shotgun
  • 386 players for 54 Hole Shotgun
